Chris Burns has quickly emerged as an expert in new construction sales and small to mid-scale real estate development in Washington, D.C., all while building his business servicing a wide range of buyers and sellers since 2013. Chris' clients have characterized his approach as creative, detail-oriented and aggressive, and he takes pride in his ability to negotiate and find solutions in a competitive market. His vision and application of innovative marketing campaigns for new condo buildings have recently launched him into the luxury market.

Chris and his group are the first, if not only, Washington, D.C. real estate teams to employ an off-market acquisitions associate for the benefit of their developer and end-user clients. Chris is also a go-to resource for Washington, D.C.'s Tenant Opportunity to Purchase Act (TOPA). He is fully versed in TOPA strategy and the procedure of the law, and has successfully represented landlords, buyers, tenants and developers alike in transactions involving this complicated process.

After graduating cum-laude from Colgate University in 2005, Chris spent a year playing and studying the sport of cricket in India. Prior to become an agent, Chris was a well-known DJ and music producer, and has released numerous original compositions and remixes on national and international record labels. He continues to write music, collect vinyl records and can be occasionally found behind the DJ booth. Chris is also an avid tennis player and enthusiast of contemporary art and architecture. He currently lives in Adams Morgan with his wife, Lydia, and their two Maine Coon cats, while they renovate their Wardman row house in Columbia Heights.

For those that know him, there's little doubt that Justin was born to be in real estate.

While most 10-year-old's spend their time watching TV or playing video games, Justin could often be found with his head buried in house plan books or glued to mock floor plans. Several years later, his passion still remains. While his skill-set has grown tremendously, his enthusiasm is still the same as that wide-eyed young boy. Justin has nearly a decade of experience in various marketing and new business development capacities and prides himself on producing results for the most discerning of clients. Justin prides himself on the bottom line - a happy client. Through relentless negotiation skills, mild temper and the fight for positive results, he is able to perform for his clients. Justin loves working with buyers, sellers, and developers - assisting them through the nuances of DC real estate. When not assisting clients with a sale or purchase, Justin can often be found grabbing a bite to eat with past clients or walking his boxer Brutus in his neighborhood of Glover Park.
